Will Nithari Forgive the ‘Innocent’ Moninder Singh Pandher?

Will Nithari Forgive the ‘Innocent’ Moninder Singh Pandher?

Looks like Mulayam Singh Yadav can take great deep breaths. Last week, a Supreme Court judge gave up listening a case involving his son. And this week, his alleged connections with Moninder Singh Pandher are broken, after CBI says Pandher is innocent.

Bones, skulls and all were found. Some police officers were suspended, some transferred. There were lives of children involved, there were lives of those who were looking for those children involved.

But suddenly it seems now there are more lives involved. Not just of the victims, but of those who committed the brutal crimes (crimes like rape, organ trafficking, cannibalism and necrophilia and what not). And not just of these criminals, but also of those in the great Indian administration!

Is it justice for the rich or is it the plain truth, no one knows. But for CBI, it seems that reaching the conclusion was easy. Surinder Kohli, Pandher’s manservant and assistant is said to have kept Pander in dark about what he did when Pandher left home.

If someone as reliable as CBI can give a clean chit to the courts, the reliable courts ofcourse will set Pandher free. Question is, will any court or any security system allow the people of Nithari from killing Pandher?

I guess, it is much better for Pandher if he is asked to sit in jail amidst full security of police rather than set him free. But this is as good as punishing him. I think for once, people of Nithari will avenge the deaths of innocent kids. Whether they will kill an innocent man or a new age cannibal, no body cares.

But for Mulayam Singh Yadav, either ways he will have won over the issue of Nithari. He will of course take deeper breaths now. But after all who cares…there were only alleged connections without substantial proofs. Thats India for you darlings!

  2. FIRST A FALL I DON’T BELIEVE THAT PANDHER IS INNOCENT
THIS IS JUST GAME AND POWER OF MONEY WHICH IS DECLARING HIM INNOCENT , THIS IS REALLY SHAMEFUL THAT
THAT A BODY AS RELIABLE AS CBI COULD BE PURCHASED

EVERY COMMON MAN KNOWS THAT BOTH PANDHER AND KOHLI ARE EQUALLY GUILTY THEY BOTH DESERVE DEATH SENTENCE
AND IF YOU ASK ABOUT NITHARI EVEN PEOPLE OUTSIDE NITHARI HATES HIM
IF HE WOULD BE SET FREE THIS WOULD BE REALLY SHAMEFUL FOR OUR JUDICIARY AND COMMON POOR PEOPLE WOULD NEVER TRUST IT AGAIN

  3. This is what happens when Court trials are done by media. Just to get more viewer ship every TV channel went overboard to accuse Moninder. His only crime was that he is owner of the house where koli was murdering people when he was not around, and he was a womeniser. This is unfortunate state of affairs for all Indians. We believe so much on speculations and whatever is feeded to us by third rated TV news Channels. Now after 3 months of investigations CBI found nothing CRIMINAL against the poor man. In fact on accusations that Koli might be trying to save him, koli himself stated that “he would rather think of his own children first, than Pandhar”. But look what we have made out of this man. We have ruined his life. How much emotionally heart breaking it would be for him, to be accursed of being a Cannibal and murderer. And shamelessness of TV channels do not end here. Even now they are presenting things as if CBI is hands in gloves with Pandhar. Accepting a mistake on their part will not make them morally poor. But at least it will give clear picture to poor families whose children have been killed.
As far as I think, all these TV channels should be prosecuted.

  4. i fully agree with Mr.Asish, media and people try to judge and prnounce him guilty without trail…..sorry they conduct a trail on TV shows these days.
i am surprised with the author of ‘Ek Cup Chai’, he beleives that Pandher has been left of money power…to all those people who say such things….did u see him commit those henious acts, do u have a proof about his involvment…all u people have is baised useless media fed stories and opinion.
media is selfish one don’t go by it.
Stop being fool…..Imagine one thing in such a hig profile case…can an officer in CBI dare to take bribe to let off pandher.

  5. After so much of media attention, this case has generated, and so much morally shocking it is to human psyche, its hard to believe CBI is not human, and is corrupt and can be brought by money even on this case. It is very convenient for CBI to accept media stories and glorified themselves. But by presenting the truth, they have taken the blows on their chest, and has shown courage to speak the truth. Please go over this story again from the scratch and you’ll see that since beginning, it was clear that only koli was behind it. Moninder paid bribe to police only in one case, that too, because he was a womeniser and had sex with her. (But he was not aware that she was murdered by koli). If after going through all these news once again, after reading between the lines (that has been feeded to us by news channels), you still think I am wrong, tell me. I am open to change my opinion.

And think again, is it not that there is NO protests against CBI in these channels now-a-day? I am in fact trying to keep track of news coverage on Nithari, from the day CBI filed its chargesheet. Except for the day chargesheet was filed, no channel has come forward and said anything against CBI. This is quite strange, since Media has blown things out of proportions against Govt machinery so many a times. They can do it even now, if they think they are right. Whos stopping them?

It is proven FACT now that whenever murder happened he was out of city/country. It was checked through his undisputed mobile records.
He lived alone in a huge villa. Totally dependent on Koli for all domestic needs including getting prostitutes.

Like all, we also feel ashamed and angry over these crimes, but it doesn’t mean we can turn our eyes away from REASON. But we want to judge people on the basis of some media reports !! Are we so naive a community that we can believe in whatever crap we are feeded?

Anyway, for the time being I feel depressed, the way our generation decides on such critical issues. I can challenge that most of us had not even seen what CBI had said in this case. But we forget that these issues are more critical than life and death. It involves character assassination by Media and people like us. And even if I am wrong and he is the real culprit, let the law takes it own course. No matter how much we curse our systems, Manu sharma, Vikas Yadav, Santosh Singh, Sushil Kumars and all alike are behind bars today.

  6. Hey All (and especially Yadhu),

There isn’t ONE statement that says Pandher is innocent or there isn’t ONE statement that says Pandher should be hanged. The point here is as good as commented above…with so much media attention it has indeed become a bit too much that people are justified without fair trial. Of course the term fair trial also needs to be question.

All the author wants to say is…will people forgive Pandher; (of course one has to understand why the ‘police’ didn’t care about the complaints made the families of the ‘missing’ or was there any political connection to this story which almost rocked out Mulayam) lets wait and watch what people will do

  7. I beleive everyone is perplexed by the conclusion drawn by the CBI that Pandher is innocent. What is left unanswered is
    1) Was the nacro-analysis test a formality.?
    2) If not why was it not being considered during investigation.?
3)Why was Surrinder Kholi constanting belaming his master during the test?
4)What made him suddenly play god by taking the entire responsibily in his shoulder?
    5) Why was Surrinder questioned by the local police before the drastic act make into light and why did he bribe the police?
    6) How could a mere servant counduct such act if not encouraged and abeted in some form or other?
If the CBI answers these questions convincing and confidiently the people of this great nation may still have faith in them else have doubts and more questions as to why people tried by them in various scams are moving scot free.Hence their so called effeciency will be proved.
Finally if justice is not done today,India should prepare itself for more Nithari like incidents.

  8. I rectify that it is not Surrinder but Pandher questioned by the police and it is he who bribed them later.(as per reports on leading English dailies)

  9. Pandher is innocent I belive this. Why will CBI help Pandher when this is such a high profile case? People are just dum as they belive what the media puts foward. Tomorrow they can put you or any one who is know to you in this situation then you will know what F Media is this. All the people who are doing wrong will get punished one day by god. Leave the man alone. What happened to Sanjay Dutt he was decalered a terrorist but now he is one of the best guys and we all want him to be free. Its media should be hanged

  10. I fully agree that this is certainly the making of the media. To sensationlise the news they jump to conclusions, the CBI gives a clean chit to Pandher but the media decides that he is guilty.
People in the media wud u mind answerng this question,,, You are out of your house most of the time you have a maid servant who goes and kills someone and comes home, who is to be punished your servant or you? Or may be you would go ahead and share the blame. Well if the media is going to talk bout the servant hardly anyone wud be intrestred in listening to the news.so accuse someone who is wealthy and everyone is intrested

  11. Excuse mr Ashish..

    Are your Mr. Pandher’s Son??
Becos you do sound like one..The very basis that he was out of town, sound ridiculous to me.. Why he admitted his won crimes in first place.. Well beyond all this there is bigger court where you will see Mr Pandher being ripped to bones by those very dead kids..
    God save this country..
You are complaining about Media. Frankly speaking Media is far true in this case than CBI.
